We setup tables within Oxfordshire county. We are more than happy to serve those who are in neighbouring counties if party size is 30pax and above. 

To order a grazing table, simply contact us through our website, by phone or via email. We will guide you through the process, discussing your requirements and customisations.

Absolutely! We understand the importance of catering to individual preferences. We offer customisation options, allowing you to choose specific foods, flavours, and dietary requirements for your grazing table. We also offer unique styling option for our clients to choose from.Since every table is custom, we completely work with the clients to create a matching table to suit their vision.

Not at this point of time. Our clients need to provide the table for the setup. If clients are unable to provide a table, we will be arrange for it at extra cost.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for grazing tables to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due five days prior to the event.

Sorry, but we do not offer refunds unless we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. We are happy to offer date changes if given sufficient notice.

To ensure availability, we recommend booking your grazing table as early as possible. We typically require a minimum of two weeks' notice, but it's always best to contact us to discuss your specific event requirements.

For optimal freshness, we recommend that the grazing table be enjoyed within two to three hours. Our team will provide guidance on maintaining the quality and safety of the food throughout your event.

All the food that is remained is to be packed and cleared by the client. If the table setup is flat lay (Ingredients arranged in a form of a table runner, using no decorative items) you can simply roll it up and dispose of it. But if the table setup is multi dimensional (Use of dishes and decorative items for a grand table), we will arrange a collection time on your event's following day.
